Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Assist guests, answer phones, check in and check out, and collect payment according to company guidelines; Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per guidelines; Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property; Setup and takedown breakfast display; maintain cleanliness behind front desk and in common areas; Sell the value of ESA to inquiries and convert them into reservations and occupied rooms
