Job Description
Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, education, and competency programs for professional and paraprofessional staff in compliance with state and federal regulations. Supports professional development, quality improvement, survey readiness, and may assist with field supervision and direct patient care as needed.
Education And Credentials
RN: minimum education requirement is an Associates in Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred. Or Physical Therapist: minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in PT. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
1 year of experience in Home Care experience within the past 6 months required. 2 years of experience in Teaching or Training preferred.
