Job Description: Change Management Consultant (Retail & Supply Chain) Role Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) | 6-Month Contract Start Date: May 2026 Location: Fully Remote (Global) Compensation: Up to $57.55/hour Time Zone: Primary PST (Must accommodate 6:00 AM PST calls and Hong Kong stakeholders) Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Change Management Consultant to drive business readiness and adoption for a new digital booking tool within our Franchise division. This role bridges the gap between technical product development and global franchise operations. Beyond standard communication, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, identifying behavioral hurdles and conducting deep-dive readiness assessments to ensure the digital supply chain transition is sustainable and high-performing. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory: Advise the leadership team on Organizational Development (OD) and behavioral change issues. Identify cultural barriers to adoption and recommend interventions to ensure a successful rollout. Readiness & Assessment: Lead comprehensive organizational readiness assessments . Evaluate results and present data-driven findings and strategic change plans to project teams and senior stakeholders. Culture & Capability Building: Oversee activities focused on driving culture change. Help leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements by building change capability within their specific workforces and teams. Instructional Design & Content: Lead the end-to-end creation of instructional content, training modules, and user documentation specifically for the new franchise booking tool. Product-Led Change: Support the product lifecycle and technical teams to ensure the tools features align with the operational realities of the supply chain and franchise partners. Global Stakeholder Engagement: Manage complex engagement loops across diverse time zones, facilitating alignment between HQ, technical leads, and partners in Hong Kong. Candidate Requirements Background: Deep experience in Retail or Digital Supply Chain is highly desirable. Change Expertise: Advanced familiarity with Prosci (ADKAR) or similar frameworks, specifically applied to organizational behavior and OD. Instructional Design: Proven track record of creating technical training content and curriculum. Leadership Presence: Ability to influence and advise senior leaders (TPMs/DPMs) on sensitive cultural and organizational shifts. Education: Bachelors Degree required.
