Product Coordinator
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interface with sales force to provide support information
Configure equipment modifications and enter orders for new equipment and accessories that comply with customer's specifications
Maintain, updated and keep accurate inventory records
Act as primary liaison with other Cat dealers for equipment trades
Coordinate all details between manufacturing facilities and services branches with respect to production, shipment and assembly schedules
Serve as primary contact with outside vendors for various accessory purchases
Review and approve freight bills for accuracy before processing for payment
Update and maintain equipment purchase schedules to meet Cat Demand Management programs
Ensure utilization of existing inventory of parts and attachments on reconfigured equipment
Operate basic office equipment
Perform other work-related duties as required
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company
Considerable analytical abilities in interpreting information to project specifications in configuring and pricing of equipment
Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers
Excellent organization skills to perform effectively in an environment of various levels of complexity and priorities
Solid working skills in computer applications and basic finance terms and procedures
