Housekeeper & Hospitality Team Member
Our Hospitality Team members are a vital part of our member's day to day experiences in our club, and therefore, our company's success. Our team members are efficient, courteous, and always focused on creating positive experiences for our members by providing a safe & clean environment, and anticipating their needs.
A hospitality team member is responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service to club members.
Cleaning and sanitizing fitness machines & work-out equipment.
Maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms, which includes the ability to sweep and mop floors, clean restroom stalls, floors, toilets, and urinals. Thorough cleaning of shower areas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas.
Restocking all health & beauty supplies, collecting, washing & folding laundry, and repeatedly inspecting the club for proper orderliness.
Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of the facility including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting fixtures, wiping down countertops, glass cleaning, taking out trash, etc.
The right candidate should be:
Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly.
Possess excellent customer service & communication skills.
Able to be on the move for prolonged periods of time.
Self-motivated to work independently and finish projects and work as assigned.
Able to lift at least 40lbs.
