Lawn & Property Upkeep Supervisor
Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full-time Lawn & Property Upkeep Supervisor responsible for supervising the lawn and grounds care team while ensuring Boley properties maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing exterior environments. The supervisor coordinates daily assignments, maintains landscaping equipment, and identifies property upkeep improvements that support strong curb appeal across agency locations.

Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of Lawn & Grounds Care Specialists
Maintaining curb appeal and exterior property appearance
Safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment
Coordination of grounds care work across agency properties
Duties:
Supervise Lawn & Grounds Care Specialists and coordinate daily work assignments
Ensure lawns, landscaping, and exterior property grounds are properly maintained including garbage clean-up.
Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscaping activities
Coordinate pressure washing and exterior cleanup of buildings, sidewalks, and parking areas
Monitor condition and maintenance of lawn equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Train staff on safe equipment operation and landscaping techniques
Inspect agency properties regularly and report maintenance concerns
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding property repair needs
Assist in identifying property improvement opportunities
Ensure team follows safety procedures and operational standards
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 5 years of landscaping, grounds care, or property upkeep experience preferred.
Special Requirements:
Valid Florida driver's license
Must pass a Level II background check and drug screen
