Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership:

Provide strategic direction for several high‑volume locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence.
Talent Development:

Identify and groom future leaders. Coaching General Managers to build positive, "fun‑under‑pressure" cultures.
Performance Metrics:

Drive profitability by analyzing P&L data, managing labor efficiency, and hitting food cost targets.
Guest Experience:

Maintain a "hospitality first" atmosphere, ensuring speed of service remains high without sacrificing the quality of our fresh‑pressed juices, smoothies, and toasted wraps.
Community Engagement:

Oversee local store marketing initiatives to grow the brand's footprint within the Rockford community.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:

3–5 years of Multi‑Unit management experience in a high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual environment.
Energy:

A positive, "can‑do" attitude that reflects our healthy and active brand lifestyle.
Precision:

A sharp eye for detail—from the cleanliness of the dining room to the consistency of food preparation.
Adaptability:

The ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment and manage the logistical needs of multiple storefronts.
Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between local sites daily.
Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Competitive base salary of $80,000 – $90,000.
