Temporary Court Operations Clerk
The Tenth Judicial District is looking for qualified applicants to fill a full-time Temporary Court Operations Clerk position within the Anoka County Court Administration team in the Records Division.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The following are examples of major job duties expected of this position:
Perform routine and/or limited scope court operations work, which may include scanning and/or imaging documents, data entry, retrieving and filing case files and documents, set up and maintain documents, files, records, and reports relating to court activities.
Input, update, or delete information in electronic case management system; copy, scan, and distribute documents including imaging original documents into digital files; assign appropriate security levels for documents; manage, handle, index, store, maintain, return, and/or destroy court exhibits and documents per policies and procedures.
Other administrative duties assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, and six (6) months of relevant job experience or education.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Ability to learn policies and procedures in area of assignment
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to maintain an accurate record filing system.
Ability to learn court automated information systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and files appropriately and in compliance with all applicable court rules, policies, and statutes.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others within and outside of the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Work is performed primarily in an office-setting.
The expected hiring range for external hires for this position is $17.46 to $22.98/hr, based on qualifications, with a full future earning potential of $36,457 - $62,306 annually.
This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Core business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Initial days off: Saturday, Sunday, and Court Designated Holidays.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of 6/8/2026
