Machine Operator I
Our client, a global leader in energy and industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator I to join their team. As a Machine Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM) production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow processes and instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator I Location: Parsippany, NJ (On-site) Pay Range: $20/per hour
What's the Job?
Set up and operate electro-chemical machining (ECM) equipment to manufacture metal components
Read and interpret operation sheets, charts, and technical manuals
Inspect parts using visual checks and measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
Record production and quality data using electronic documentation systems
Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards while reporting issues to management
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual)
