Full-Time | In-Store + On-Site Installations | MondayFriday | Day Shift
FASTSIGNS is a nationwide leader in custom signs and visual graphics. At our Fresno CA location, we help businesses communicate their brand through impactful signage. We're looking for a dependable and hands-on Production & Installation Specialist to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate printers, laminators, cutters, and other equipment to produce signs
Assemble, finish, and prepare signs for delivery or installation
Perform on-site sign installations (wall, window, vehicle, monument, etc.)
Load/unload materials and maintain organized production space
Follow work orders, quality standards, and safety protocols
Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients during installs
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications:
Experience in sign production, general construction, or a related field
Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, installation hardware, and ladders/lifts
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts when required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship a must
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Wide-format printing or vinyl wrapping experience
CNC routing, electrical, or fabrication experience
Forklift or boom lift certification
