As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our production team and bring client designs to life through precision stitching and expert finishing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc.)
Hoop and stabilize garments properly to ensure clean, accurate stitching
Thread and maintain machines, adjust tension, and troubleshoot minor issues
Read and interpret design files and job work orders
Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Assist in other production areas (vinyl, screen print, packaging) as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1+ years operating commercial embroidery machines preferred (training available for quick learners)
Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat, precise work
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with embroidery software or willing to learn (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, etc.)
Dependable: Punctual, responsible, and efficient with time
Team Player: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Digitizing experience
Knowledge of additional garment printing techniques
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Familiarity with fast-paced production environments
