Administrative Assistant

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant with a Top Secret clearance to work from our Colorado Springs, CO location. This position will support Lockheed Martin Space Managers on the Combined Orbital Operations Logistics and Resilience (COOLR) program and other programs on Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB). Seeking a self-motivated Security and Administrative Representative who will represent and support a management and engineering team supporting operations and sustainment of Protected Military Satellite Communications systems. Duties include: Facility and personnel security management in coordination with the Government security team Procurement Shipping, and receiving Data management Interpretation and implementation of Lockheed Martin policies and DoD compliance rules and regulations Coordination and execution of morale events for the site Lockheed Martin teams.
Basic Qualifications: Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required for consideration Experienced DoD Facility and Personnel Security Management Use and Knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Experience with Data Management Tools and processes Experience with DOD Classified Material Handling Knowledge of DoD Compliance Rules and Regulations Desired Skills: Experience with Procurement in Government Contracts Strong Interpersonal Skills Strong multi-Tasker Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret
Other Important Information You Should Know Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
