BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking a Per Deim PT/PTA (Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant) for Burlington, Lowell, Chelmsford or nearby areas. The pay rate is $50-$90 per visit.
Position Type: Part Time

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PT or PTA) you will:
Do the initial PT Evaluation.
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.
Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.
Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.
Qualifications include:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Current, valid Massachusetts license to practice as a PTA.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
