The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $31,200-$43,260, with eligibility for OT after 40 hours worked and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. Bonuses are paid based on RTC's financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management's discretion.

Essential duties include coordinating delivery of received items, verifying shipment accuracy, loading and unloading trucks, tracing lost or missing shipments, authenticating receipt of shipments, entering receipts in LN, interacting with associates for special KACE request or projects handling on the dock, providing hours worked by temporary staff, providing work request tickets for completed KACE request, keeping log of all outgoing shipments, making custom boxes for high profile accounts, processing and delivering all incoming U.S. mail, FedEx, UPS and messenger shipments, packing, labeling, processing and shipping all outgoing letters, packages, and finished production and prototype material, ability to handle several projects simultaneously, and must be able to follow directions.
Secondary duties include maintaining cleanliness of dock and warehouse areas, room set ups and tear downs, set up for large company functions such as barbecues, Town Meetings and client visits, driving company van to pick up and deliver parts and material, assisting with assembly and custom packing of finished goods, assisting maintenance as needed, fabricating custom corrugated boxes and pallets, assembling and disassembling office furniture systems, and assisting in receiving duties as needed.
Requirements include being 18 years or older, physical requirements including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and sitting, ability to operate forklift, hand jacks and other material handling equipment, valid driver's license, basic computer skills including data entry and Excel, customer service mentality, proficiency in responsiveness to requests on time, and proficiency in reporting the status of projects immediately.
