
Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, as well as support for internal and external audits
Reporting, monthly presentation and forecast of results, as well as target-actual analysis
Preparation of medium‑term planning, including modeling of the income statement, cost centre accounting, and liquidity and balance sheet planning (budgeting process)
Developing, implementing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as deriving recommendations for action
Supporting senior management as a strategic advisor on all business management issues
Preparation of business cases in collaboration with various departments such as Production, Research & Development, and Sales
Independent execution of ad‑hoc analyses and special projects for various departments
What you bring to the table:
A successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or a comparable qualification
At least 5–7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing industry
In‑depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
A hands‑on approach and a strong commitment to excellence
Quick learner with an intuitive grasp of numbers, as well as a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MS Excel, and PowerBI, along with a good understanding of technical workflows and processes
Fluency in German and English
