Casino Cage Attendant
Major Responsibility:
Complete transactions of selling and buying chips from customers.
We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews. We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Sell and redeem chips for players, Dealers, Runners and floor personnel.
Issue Dealer Banks.
Issue Restaurant and Deli/Snack Bar Cashiers banks.
Assist customers in the transactions of their "player's bank."
Cash out customers.
Complete customer credit checks.
Complete MTLs and CTRCs when transactions require paperwork for Title 31 compliance.
Be aware of any counterfeit currency, and report this to the Manager immediately.
Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Cage Manager.

Qualification Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit.
Minimum of one-year cash handling experience.
Banking experience preferred.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Education/Formal Training
A High School diploma or a General Education Degree
Language Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 20 pounds up to 50 pounds
Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
Work Environment
Adult content environment
Must be at least 21 years of age
24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment
Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
