Position: Front Desk Agent
Shift: 3:00 -11:00 PM
Pay: $13 - $15

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
