Manual Machinist
PrideStaff is looking for manual machinists experienced with engine lathes and mills. Desired candidates will have experience with boring, grooving, single point threading, and drilling bolt circles.
Required skills and qualifications:
Technical skill: Proficiency in manual, non-CNC machining techniques.
Manual dexterity: High level of hand-eye coordination and manual skill.
Education/experience: Vocational certificate, industry apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
Mathematics: Strong understanding of shop math, geometry, and trigonometry.
Problem-solving: Ability to adapt to, and resolve, unexpected technical challenges.
