Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Be able to answer phones, faxing, scanning and filing
Identify customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Must be able to obtain property and casualty license
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
People-oriented
Able to learn computer functions
Outgoing and self-motivating
Proactive in problem solving
Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
