Sign Production Specialist in MASON, OHIO
AlphaGraphics in MASON, OHIO is growing, and we are looking for a Sign Production Specialist to join our team. Our family-owned business specializes in marketing and communication products, including graphic design, printing, and signs. Experience with Large Format, Vinyl applications, and vehicle wraps/graphics is helpful, but what counts is your personality and work ethic. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Sign Manager, the Large Format Specialist is responsible for daily project production and completion. Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate sign equipment
Process and produce vinyl material
Prepare substrates and vehicles for the application of graphics.
Install plot vinyl, digital print vinyl, and wraps on multiple surfaces.
Process signs and different substrates
Follow layouts and directions as instructed
Complete projects from start to finish
Digital Print Production related to sign production
Large Format & Sign Finishing with Installation when necessary
Understanding of Large Format Design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates including vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations
Other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output
Ideal Large Format Sign and Vinyl Technician Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in operating wide format printers and associated equipment for commercial sign companies or printer
Abode Illustrator
Rip software
Proven understanding or experience using equipment including large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll-to-roll printers, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
Positive, Professional Attitude

Cooperative interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multi-tasking
Basic math skills and ability to use a computer
Ability to lift 25 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
