Regulated Messaging Engineer with Proofpoint Experience

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC) to join their team. As a Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC), you will be part of the Compliance Technology Department supporting Messaging and Electronic Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulated Messaging Engineer (NJ/NC)
Location: Charlotte NC Or Jersey City NJ 07302 (Onsite required 3 days a week, hybrid work environment)
Pay Range: $60-$70/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Design, implement, and maintain messaging compliance platforms to meet regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Configure and manage Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for secure email and messaging archiving and retention.
Integrate messaging compliance solutions with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg.
Drive complex migration projects ensuring adherence to security, change control, and regulatory standards.
Communicate project updates and milestones effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
What's Needed?
Extensive hands-on experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive (not Proofpoint Email DLP Encryption, Email Fraud Defense, or Enterprise DLP).
Knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks.
Scripting experience in Python and proficiency with MSSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and compliance services.
Program management experience is highly desirable.
