Job Description:
Serve as the lead technical expert driving design, development, and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and enterprise technical solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of complex RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) solutions
Architect and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and orchestration
Act as escalation point for P1/P2 incidents with root cause analysis and resolution
Define and enforce security protocols (OAuth, API Gateway) and performance tuning
Establish enterprise integration standards and long-term technical roadmap
Develop solutions using Groovy, VBCS, PaaS, BI Publisher, and Oracle AI tools
Provide mentorship and architectural direction to development teams
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
6-8 years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience (RICEW development)
Expert-level Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience (adapters, orchestration)
Strong hands-on development (Groovy, VBCS, PaaS, BI Publisher, PL/SQL)
Experience with enterprise integrations across ERP/SCM/GTM systems
Deep understanding of SOA, microservices, APIs, and security protocols
Functional knowledge of finance and supply chain modules
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives
CI/CD tools experience (FlexDeploy or similar)
Oracle certifications (Fusion, OIC, Database)
