Are you a high-energy individual who loves talking to people? We are looking for a
Sales Specialist
to join our Tommy's Express Car Wash team. You won't just be processing transactions; you'll be the "Director of First Impressions," helping customers choose the best wash options and promoting our unlimited membership programs.
What You'll Do:
Engage Customers:
Greet guests with a genuine smile and a high-energy attitude.
Drive Sales:
Educate customers on the benefits of our wash packages and successfully sell Unlimited Wash Memberships.
Maintain Flow:
Help guide cars into the wash tunnel safely and efficiently.
Keep it Clean:
Assist in maintaining a clean site, including the vacuum bays and office areas.
Be the Expert:
Answer questions about our technology and detergents with confidence.
Requirements (The Non-Negotiables):
Reliability:
You are "on time" every time. We rely on you to kick off our day successfully.
Attitude:
You have a "can-do" spirit and can stay positive even during a busy rush.
Communication:
You can strike up a conversation with anyone and explain value clearly.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Schedule:
Flexibility to work weekends (our busiest times!).
