Student Driver Program
We are now accepting applicants for our Student Driver Program, designed to help new or recent CDL holders transition confidently into a regional driving career with professional support every step of the way.
Program Overview
Once approved, students will attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class in Tontitown, AR. During onboarding, students will be paid for your hotel and travel to orientation.
Be introduced to PAM and key department representatives
Complete a driving skills evaluation
Receive additional training if needed
$100 food stipend
Be paired with a professional mentor as quickly as possible
Mentor Training Phase
Minimum of 10 days with a mentor
$75 per day
One-on-one, real-world OTR experience
Upgrade to First Seat
Backing evaluation
Pre-trip inspection
Road test
Once approved by Safety, drivers will be upgraded to First Seat and begin to run our lanes

Willingness to train, learn
