Quality Assurance Analyst - Consultant

Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Candidate must be a South Carolina resident; relocation is not allowed.
Responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:
Required Skills
Basic degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field; 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance can substitute for formal education.
5+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios; building test cases and scenarios into test systems.
3+ years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes.
3+ years of experience communicating and publishing status reports of all open issues and gaps found during the test phase and articulating the details to the development teams.
3+ years of direct hands‑on experience with formal test design tools.
Preferred Skills
Technical and/or project management certifications from recognized sources.
5+ years experience with large enterprise or e‑business systems.
3+ years proficiency using manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
3+ years prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and an Agile delivery.
