Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate with stand-up forklift experience to join our team. This role involves executing the proper storage of materials, material movement, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse environment. The position offers specialization in either Production Support or Shipping and Receiving.
Responsibilities
Remove trash, recyclables, deficient materials, and broken pallets from the warehouse.
Perform housekeeping duties according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
Respond to radio or email requests promptly.
Invert or wrap items as needed.
Communicate effectively with various departments via phone or email.
Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Operate all heavy equipment and adhere to operating procedures.
Load and offload trailers efficiently.
Conduct daily or weekly inventory counts.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment batteries.
Utilize a handheld device for put-away tasks.
Secure third and fourth tier pallets by re-wrapping or transferring to lower tiers.
Safely store and handle hazardous materials according to OSHA guidelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing priorities.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.29 - $22.29/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
