Miller's Ale House - - Responsibilities: Ensure every dish reaches the guest piping hot by calling for food runners; Work directly with BOH and FOH team members to fulfill the guests needs in a timely manner; Acts as liaison between FOH and BOH team members to accommodate guest requests; Maintains neat and organized work areas and stock for shift change; Washes hands every 30 minutes and maintains sanitation per protocol
