KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Gather and organize client documents and information for tax preparation and planningTrack project status and ensure work is moving forward on scheduleFollow up with clients to collect missing information and documentationMaintain and update client records in internal systemsAssist in preparing basic documents and workpapers for the tax teamEnsure files are complete, accurate, and organized for reviewCoordinate internal workflows between tax team membersSupport onboarding of new clients by collecting required information and setting up filesMonitor deadlines and help ensure filings and deliverables are completed on timeAssist with general administrative tasks to support the tax teamQUALIFICATIONS:13 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at onceStrong communication skills and comfort following up with clientsComfortable working with systems, tools, and learning new softwareExperience in accounting, tax, or professional services is a plusReliable, proactive, and able to follow through without constant directionPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetThis role is designed to give a clear picture of what the position involves, but responsibilities may shift as the business grows and priorities change.We offer competitive compensation and benefits that support our team both professionally and personally.EthicsPro Tax | Planning & Strategy is committed to building a team based on merit, respect, and opportunity.
