About the role:
CLA is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Advisor to work in our Minneapolis, MN office.
The SWA serves as a relationship manager providing Total Wealth Advisorya comprehensive, planning?led experience anchored in a personal financial plan and spanning a client's financial and tax needs.
Senior Wealth Advisors bring advanced knowledge across tax, investments, financial planning, insurance, and estate and retirement planning. You'll manage a book of client relationships, lead client strategy, and delegate work appropriately to deliver a high?touch experience with strong follow?through.

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications/Licenses:
FINRA Series 65 or 66 Required.
Existing Transferrable Book of Business Preferred.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $108,100 $192,000
This role is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance and other factors.
