Kinseth Hospitality Companies - - Responsibilities: Greet, register, suggestively sell hotel rooms, issue room keys, assign rooms to guests and set wake up calls in a efficient, warm and friendly manner; Act as hotel manager on duty and follow the prescribed MOD procedures on communication, emergency procedures and guest satisfaction; Enter daily changes and balances accounts such as guest, house, guest tray, city ledger and advance deposits; reset system for the next business day; Ensure that the night audit procedures are completed on a daily basis and the information entered and posted are accurate, balanced and timely; print night audit reports; Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and front desk area; manage reservations and deposits
