Delivery Driver - Peabody Location
The driver is responsible for driving and transporting prescribed medications that are filled by pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to patients' homes. This could require travelling outside the greater Lynn Area to the surrounding communities but not limited to Saugus, Revere, Peabody, Swampscott, Salem etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transports prescribed medication around the community, and surrounding areas, as necessary.
The Driver assists in loading all deliveries to applicable routes in and out of vehicle.
Uses preventative measures to maintain vehicles' interior and exterior on a consistent basis to ensure safe transportation.
The driver notifies the Director immediately of any incidents out of the ordinary, driver injuries, driver falls, innocent with patients or accident.
Performs other duties as requested.
Comply with LCHC policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Required
Valid state Driver's License from the state of residence
Minimum 2 years of safe driving experience
Desired Qualifications:
Bilingual in any language highly preferred
Minimum 5 years of safe driving experience working for transportation services.
Minimum 1 year of delivering medication to patient/client's homes.
