As an intern at Stewart, you will have access to work on real-world projects and gain insights from mentors and leaders throughout the organization and participate in social and community events to enhance the experience ultimately providing you with tools to support your transition from college to professional life. Our Summer Internship program runs June 1 August 7, 2026.
A Marketing & Customer Experience Intern supports the marketing and customer teams by analyzing feedback, improving service processes, and boosting employee engagement. Responsibilities include gathering customer insights, assisting with internal communications, supporting campaigns, and tracking metrics to enhance the overall customer journey.
During the internship, you will:
Transactional surveys link to google pages (auditing)
Analyze customer feedback, surveys and data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Assist in mapping customer journeys and identifying areas for improvement in service delivery. Analysis of company SharePoint Marketing Storefront
Create reports and presentations on key customer metrics and marketing performance for management.
Support the department with daily tasks, meeting coordination, and data organization

Qualifications:
Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's level degree program in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Be located in Houston, TX for duration of summer program
Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in a full-time, hybrid environment for the duration of the 10-week program, located in Houston, TX
Be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction
Have familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Power BI similar (experience level may vary)
Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated start and end dates
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to learn and contribute
Have strong communication and collaboration skills
Be detail-oriented while able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and a user-centered mindset
Be fluent in oral and written English
