Encompass Health - 9181 Medcom Street - Responsibilities: Maintain complete and accurate medical records for patients using appropriate labeling system; Accurately/efficiently transcribe medical orders and distribute to other disciplines as needed; Act as a helpful resource for patients, families, physicians, and visitors at the nursing station; Coordinate unit operations to optimize the delivery of safe patient care; Schedule tests, appointments and transportation as needed in a timely manner
