About the role
Support the US Regulatory Team across multiple product categories including OTC medicines, VMS, medical devices and personal care products.
The skills for success
Required
Strong scientific foundation (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields)
High attention to detail with the ability to review and manage technical and regulatory documentation accurately
Understanding of compliance and regulatory principles or strong interest in learning regulatory frameworks
Analytical and critical‑thinking skills to interpret scientific data and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Proficiency with basic office and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Word, document management systems)
Reliability and accountability in handling confidential and compliance‑related information
Interest in consumer goods, retail analytics, or enterprise data strategy
Internship Details
10-week in-person internship program starting May 2026
Pay: $21 -$23 / hr
Latest Graduation Date 2027-2028
