Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the venue. This role provides cross-functional support across departments, assists with internal operational processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, and serves as a point of contact for general guest and internal inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Administrative & Operational Support

Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling assistance, internal communications, and office coordination
Maintain office operations, including supplies, inventory, deliveries, and vendor coordination
Assist with invoice submission, recordkeeping, and documentation management
Support operational logistics and departmental projects as assigned
Payroll, Reporting & Process Support

Assist with payroll processes by collecting required information and tracking submission deadlines
Support labor tracking, reporting, and compliance-related processes
Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and documentation
Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to support timely completion of operational processes
Guest & Internal Communications

Manage incoming calls and shared inboxes, including general inquiries and ADA-related communications
Respond to routine guest inquiries using established guidelines and resources where applicable
Document and track guest interactions, escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed
Monitor guest feedback channels and communicate trends or concerns to management
What This Person Will Bring

2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or related roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, manage deadlines, and follow through on assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within established processes and guidelines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a venue, entertainment, or live event environment preferred
The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.00 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly
