Warehouse Specialist
The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local company, in search of a Warehouse Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA. Monday-Saturday, 40hrs a week with overtime as needed.
Compensation: $18.00- $20.00
Principal Duties:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Process returns and handle discrepancies.
Generate and maintain warehouse reports.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in warehouse operations.
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Valid CA Driver's License.
