As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will join a high-performing, growing team where your passion for business and technology consulting, particularly in Oracle Analytics and Oracle Cloud solutions, will make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Eliciting and defining business requirements and recommending solutions to address client challenges.
Collaborating in team discussions and clearly communicating ideas and insights.
Designing, prototyping, and building technical solutions.
Supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing efforts.
Delivering end-user training and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
Contributing to the development of internal knowledge assets and intellectual property.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment, high levels of initiative and drive.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; creating Formula's, Calcs, Pivot Tables, etc.
Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial and technical concepts.
Exposure to technologies: web (Java, HTML, Python), relational database (Oracle, SQL), reporting, or data analysis/data mining.
Experience within FP&A, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, or Analytics is preferred.
Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems specifically Oracle is a huge plus.
Ability and willingness to travel within the United States.
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $80,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
