As a Vitality Living Caregiver, you will impact lives as you:
Assist residents with the performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
Assist in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director

Must be at least 18 years old
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
Meet state or provincial health related requirements
