Responsibilities of back of house team members:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and prep tables
Replenish kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

Strong interpersonal skills

Able to multitask
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing and able to work flexible hours
Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly
