The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you'll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.

$15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification
30% commission rate compensation once certified
32% commission rate Senior Stylist
34% commission rate Master Stylist
Responsibilities
Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain clean and sterile work environment
Required Skills
Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
Customer service focused; loves on your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Hours/Days
Sunday- 12-5
Monday- 9-6
Tuesday -9-6
Wednesday- 9-6
Thursday 9-6
Friday and Saturday off
