We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy Receiving Associate to support our Thermal Spray Department in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and organized while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
Position Overview: In this role, you will handle incoming materials, manage inventory data, and support production by ensuring all parts are properly received and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
Enter, track, and manage inventory using ERP systems
Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
Maintain accurate records and proper material storage
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Strong computer skills required
Forklift experience required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Quantum ERP, SAP, or similar systems
Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience
Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
