Blo Blow Dry Bar Argyle is looking for a talented, upbeat Blowout Stylist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves making people feel their absolute best. This is a premium weekend role designed for stylists who want: consistent, high-volume days, strong earning potential, a fun, supportive team culture, and flexibility during the week. Opportunity to move to full time or more hours if desired.
What You'll Do:
Deliver signature Blo blowouts and styling services
Provide exceptional consultations and personalized finishes
Recommend retail + add-ons that enhance the guest experience
Create a "pink carpet" experience for every client
Work efficiently while maintaining quality (45-min blowout standard)

What We're Looking For:
Texas Cosmetology License (required)
Blowout + styling experience preferred (we will train the Blo way!)
Positive attitude + team-first mindset
Confidence working with a variety of hair types and styles
Passion for beauty, service, and creating connections
