We are hiring a
Front Desk Coordinator
to support daily office operations, recruiting, and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with
front desk, office coordinator, or receptionist experience
who thrives in structured environments and enjoys being the first point of contact.
This is not a passive receptionist role. You will play a key role in
interview coordination, onboarding support, scheduling, and office administration , directly impacting hiring efficiency and office performance.

Key Responsibilities
Front desk support and receptionist duties
Greet and check in interview candidates and office guests
Coordinate interview schedules and calendars
Support new hire onboarding and administrative paperwork
Assist with licensing coordination and compliance tracking
Maintain organized onboarding pipelines and internal systems
Perform office administrative tasks and daily office coordination
Maintain a clean, professional front office environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Front Desk Coordinator, Receptionist, or Office Administrator preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
