Lead injury prevention and wellness by designing customized conditioning and nutrition programs that empower athletes to stay on the field and perform at their highest level.
Orchestrate comprehensive rehabilitation by creating and implementing data-driven recovery plans that return injured athletes to competition safely and effectively.
Evaluate and manage clinical care by serving as the vital link between physicians and athletes, ensuring every injury is assessed accurately and documented to the highest professional standard.
Support peak game-day readiness by preparing athletes for practice and competition in alignment with medical guidelines and team schedules to ensure safe, compliant participation.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Indiana Athletic Trainers Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
