• 6+ years of experience as a highly skilled Data Scientist.

• Proven hands-on expertise with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong experience in RAG architectures and vector search implementations.
• Practical experience building and deploying AI agents using Autogen, Lang Chain agents, OpenAI agents, or custom agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Basic programming foundation in Python, with experience working across relevant AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive independently in agile teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts.
• Demonstrates innovation and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.
