We are currently seeking a " Technology Program Manager" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Dallas, TX. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Pay Range:
$80 - $85/Hr on W2
Location:
Hybrid / Dallas, TX
Qualifications:
Experience in technical program management.
Associate's degree preferred.
Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
Experience utilizing AI to improve individual and team productivity.
Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution:
Scope and plan large-scale, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish.
Form project teams and secure resource commitments from line managers.
Select project methodologies and ensure team adherence to processes.
Estimate project effort and manage budget acquisition.
Lead project review meetings with Directors and VPs.
Program and Portfolio Management:
Manage ongoing programs involving multiple projects and teams.
Implement large-scale process changes across departments.
Define and track Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Drive change management to all of the impacted stakeholders and their enablers (e.g., Communications, Enablement)
Provide clear updates on changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
Report on technology portfolios to executives.
Methodologies and Tools :
Establish consensus on project processes and templates.
Form cross-functional governance groups to maintain project standards.
Utilize frameworks such as Agile, SDLC, or Scrum.
