Amazon’s Creator Services leads creator programs that span media, commerce, and culture. The Creator Services team includes Creator Partnerships, creator content studio Wondery, and physical production facilities Studio126. We connect creators with Amazon’s diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. This high‑visibility role reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations and must be located in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

Support Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships leadership operations, owning key documents, meetings, goal planning/tracking, resource planning, and communications.

Drive strategic projects for Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships, tackling ambiguous problems with analysis, strong business judgment, financial acumen, and bias for action. Focus areas include the creator economy, video monetization, AI capabilities, and content distribution.

Identify and evaluate new opportunities for Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships, including new trends, partnerships, investments, and acquisitions, and work with executive leadership, Corporate & Business Development, Finance, Content, Product, and Engineering to assess them.

Build and maintain strategic frameworks and operating mechanisms that enable the team to move quickly and make data‑driven decisions.

Partner with finance, analytics, and business intelligence teams to develop performance dashboards and reporting that track key business metrics.

Support the development and execution of quarterly business reviews, operating plans, and strategic planning cycles.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data‑driven business recommendations.

5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate strategy, or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience working with creators, products, and/or customer‑facing teams (e.g., partnerships, sales, support, marketing).

5+ years familiarity with the creator economy, digital services, or media/entertainment industries.

Professional experience in entertainment and cross‑functional organizations.

Proven experience building partnerships internally and externally, and demonstrated success in cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem‑solving abilities.

Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic organization.

Experience owning program strategy, managing end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while delivering creative solutions.

Salary range: $158,100.00 – $213,800.00 USD annually. The base salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, and the total package may include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units.
