This position is posted on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. In this role, you will act as the operational right hand to the President of a multi-entity organization focused on educational equity. You will drive cross-functional execution, lead projects, and maintain a culture of accountability within the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that the President's vision translates into actionable goals. With a commitment to educational advocacy and a collaborative style, you will enhance the effectiveness of the operational team while navigating various organizational entities.
Accountabilities
Lead cross-functional projects to drive organizational priorities.
Exercise delegated authority on internal operational matters.
Build and maintain a culture of accountability across teams.
Navigate multi-entity operations and compliance requirements.
Oversee internal operations and enhance organizational infrastructure.
Support staff leadership and promote a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Commitment to educational equity and mission-driven work.
5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within political or nonprofit environments.
Familiarity with 501(c)(4), PAC, or multi-entity advocacy structures.
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
Strong cross-functional project leadership skills.
Exceptional organizational and planning competencies.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing staff with a supportive leadership style.
Ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
