Lead the build of world‑class data centers in Saline, MI. As a Principal Data Center Facilities Development Manager‑MEP, you’ll own large‑scale, fast‑paced projects from concept to commissioning—driving schedule, budget, quality, and safety with precision. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams of project managers, commissioning specialists, and contractors; de‑risk complexity; and keep execution tight through rigorous planning and on‑site leadership. This role is onsite in Saline, Michigan and not open to remote work.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Own the base building and MEP infrastructure scope, driving technical excellence and delivery.
Lead end‑to‑end construction by colocation providers, hitting schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Build and maintain detailed, milestone‑driven schedules; keep providers on track to deliver.
Independently assess risk to on‑time delivery, close gaps in mitigation, and brief the business on impacts.
Orchestrate seamless integration of tenant fit‑out with base building through design, construction, and commissioning.
Enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to meet design intent and industry standards every step of the way.
Partner with design teams to ensure field execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Serve as the primary liaison with colocation providers, driving clear, timely, and action‑oriented communication.
Proactively identify threats to scope, cost, schedule, and safety; implement mitigation plans to protect outcomes.
Ensure all activities meet applicable codes, regulations, and Oracle standards.
Deliver ongoing, data‑backed feedback on colocation providers to fuel continuous improvement.
Conduct regular site visits to verify schedule adherence, coordination, safety, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
