Responsibilities
Lead all financial activities and reporting integrity for the Boston-area manufacturing operations, serving as a key strategic partner to senior leadership.
Oversee plant controllership facility partnering closely with production teams to improve cost control, efficiency, and productivity.
Manage end-to-end supply chain financial oversight, including procurement, freight, inventory, warehousing, and planning.
Drive FP&A activities, including monthly close, forecasting (IBP), variance analysis, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
Provide strategic leadership through financial planning, capital investment oversight (CAPEX), KPI development, and advanced analytics to improve operational performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, sales, and marketing while influencing stakeholders, leading change initiatives, and developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business (MBA or CPA preferred) with significant senior finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Strong technical expertise in GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365), and advanced analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms).
Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
